Rick is an architect with more than 30 years in architectural design, use permit and variance entitlements, construction documents, and construction administration. His career is filled with a diverse list of projects that include office buildings, tenant improvements, industrial and office/warehouse buildings, self storage facilities, single and multifamily residential, business campus design and planning, retail, hospitality, restaurant, and entertainment venues, federal projects for the U.S Secret Service and Department of Defense, and building rehab and historical restoration projects. His ability to draw the experiences of various project types and talents of each project team member fosters the synergy for effective service and solutions.
